Job Description
The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting the daily operations of the clinic. The position demands excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills to ensure every visitor experiences a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant (experience in a healthcare setup is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, data entry software, appointment systems).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and patient attitude.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Neat and presentable appearance with punctual work habits.
